Bio: Imagine a world where leaders and teams don’t just grind through the day but thrive in their work, without sacrificing their well-being. That’s the world Meico Marquette Whitlock is working to create.

As a workplace well-being strategist, Meico is on a mission to help purpose-driven leaders rewrite the narrative of success. He believes that impactful work doesn’t have to come at the cost of your health or happiness, and has made it his life’s work to show you how.

Meico is the founder and CEO of Mindful Techie, author of How to Thrive When Work Doesn’t Love You Back and The Intention Planner, and a certified trauma-informed mindfulness teacher.

He partners with mission-driven organizations to create cultures where belonging, balance, and purpose take center stage. In a world full of burnout and overwhelm, Meico helps you navigate life, work, and technology in harmony.

During his previous career in the tech, nonprofit, and government sectors, he experienced more than his fair share of burnout and overwhelm in the name of making a difference. As a recovering workaholic, he uses what he’s learned to help changemakers like you make an impact without self-sacrifice.

Meico has worked with organizations such as the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Cigna, and Greenpeace, and has been a featured speaker on ABC News, Fox 5, and Radio One.

He’s also a former triathlete, loves salsa dancing, and makes the world’s best vegan chili! :-)

He holds an M.S. in Information Science from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from Morehouse College.

Meico’s mission is to provide practical well-being strategy consulting and program implementation to increase the well-being of changemakers so they can sustainably increase their well-doing in creating a better world for all of us.

Meico’s vision is to create a culture of well-being for mission-driven nonprofit, association, philanthropic, government, and business leaders who are changing the world. This allows them to do their best work, live their best lives, and sustainably create a better world for all of us without burning out.
