My mission, vision, and values

Your mission is to create a better world. Mine is to help you succeed.

There is nothing more important to me than living in full alignment with my life’s purpose by making a positive impact in the lives of people deeply invested in living a full, integrated, and balanced life in a digital world.

Mindful Techie is a proud Black-owned and LGBT-owned social impact business that helps changemakers increase their well-being so they can increase their well-doing in creating a better world for all. I work exclusively with changemakers who align with the values outlined below. For this reason, not every potential client is a great fit. However, I'm happy to make a referral if I know someone who may be better aligned.

I define changemakers as mission-driven nonprofits, associations, government agencies, foundations, B Corps, mission-driven corporations, schools, inclusive faith communities, healthcare institutions, artists, and individuals making a positive difference in the world for people, animals, and/or the planet.

My mission is to provide practical well-being strategy consulting and program implementation to increase the well-being of changemakers so they can sustainably increase their well-doing in creating a better world for all of us.

My vision is to create a culture of well-being for mission-driven organizations and leaders who are changing the world. This allows them to do their best work, live their best lives, and sustainably create a better world for all of us without burning out.

My values are:

  1. I partner with changemakers that embrace the value of radical inclusivity. This means I work with people of all backgrounds and abilities who are committed to making a positive difference in the world while living a full, integrated, and balanced life.

  2. Everyone who shares the values of unconditional love and radical inclusivity is welcomed regardless of race, color, religion, spirituality, ethnic or national origin, age, ability, gender, gender identity, gender expression, or sexual orientation.

  3. I believe everyone is called to a higher purpose that supersedes work, careers, and profit at all costs. Together, our work is to be relentlessly open and curious about uncovering it and living it.

  4. I embrace and lean into discomfort and celebrate courageous vulnerability as part of the path for long-term and sustained personal and professional growth and evolution.
